How it works
Paste what the game copies from the D-Scan window or from Local; the page works out what a hunter wants to know at a glance. No login, no account, no ESI token.
D-Scan
- Every line is a type id, a name, a type and a distance. Ships are counted by class from small to large, with the nearest distance of each type.
- Alerts: probes (combat probes mean somebody is scanning for ships), cynosural beacons, capital ships, bubble ships (interdictors and heavy interdictors), ships that can light a covert cyno, logistics and bombers.
- Drones, fighters, structures, wrecks and the rest are listed apart. Distances in the format of either client language are understood.
- Two D-Scans of the same place can be compared: what arrived, what left.
Local
- The pilot names are looked up through the public ESI and grouped by alliance and corporation, biggest first. Names link to zKillboard.
- A corporation with an NPC corporation id is marked: it is often a new or an alt character. Our own corporation and alliance are marked friendly.
Good to know
- A scan is saved under a random link and kept 14 days. Anybody with the link can open it, so do not paste what is not meant to be shared.
- A D-Scan shows what was in range at that moment; the scan range and a pilot who is cloaked or out of range are not on it.
- The pages read the game's data for item types; a type that is too new for the data is listed under its name as "Unknown types".
